1. What We Are

StlElevatorInstall.com ("the Utility," "we," "us") is a free lead-referral and information utility serving the St. Louis metro. We are not a licensed elevator installer, a Missouri Division of Fire Safety certified elevator mechanic, and we do not perform elevator installation, modernization, or repair work ourselves. We connect visitors with independent, third-party elevator installation and modernization contractors ("Partners") operating in the St. Louis metro.

2. Lead-Referral Disclosure

When you submit a request through this site, your information (name, phone, email, ZIP, project details) is shared with one or more Partner contractors, who may contact you directly to discuss your project and provide a quote. We may receive a referral fee from Partners for connecting you. This does not affect the price you are quoted.

3. No Telephony on This Site

This site does not place, receive, or record phone calls, and contains no tracking phone numbers. The phone number you submit through our forms is collected solely so a matched Partner contractor can contact you about your request.

4. No Guarantee of Work or Certification Verification

While we make reasonable efforts to work only with qualified Partners, we do not independently verify licensure, certification, insurance, or bonding on every job and are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a Partner. Elevator work in Missouri may be subject to Division of Fire Safety elevator safety program requirements — always confirm a contractor's applicable certifications directly before signing a contract.

5. Permits & Missouri Elevator Safety Compliance

Many St. Louis-metro jurisdictions require building and electrical permits for elevator installation, and installations may fall under Missouri's statewide elevator safety inspection framework. We do not obtain permits or state filings on your behalf — this is the responsibility of you and/or your matched contractor. See our Missouri permit requirements page for general guidance.

6. Information We Collect & How It's Used

We collect the information you submit via our forms (name, contact info, ZIP, project type, timeline) and standard analytics data (IP, device, referrer). This is used solely to route your request to an appropriate Partner and improve our matching service. We do not sell your data to unrelated third parties.
